KERRY COUGHLIN
Executive Vice President
Ms. Coughlin has been with E1 Asset Management, Inc. since 2000. After graduating from New York University in 2002, she worked part-time as an office assistant, and later became a full-time employee at E1. Ms. Coughlin has designed and developed E1's back office operations systems along with its accounting and compliance departments. Ms. Coughlin currently oversees E1's back office operations and manages a staff of 25+ individuals. She acts as E1's liaison with FINRA and serves on the Management Committee. She also actively supports Mr. Itin and Mr. Shaikh in all aspects of E1's operations. Since joining E1, Kerry has obtained the Series 24, 62 and 63 licenses.

MICHAEL SCHIAVONE
Executive Vice President
Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Schiavone joined E1 Asset Management in 2003 with over 10 years experience in the financial industry. He holds a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of East Stroudsburg along with the Series 7, 63, 24, and 4 licenses. While attending the University of East Stroudsburg, Mr. Schiavone played 4 years of Division I Rugby, developing team-player skills that strengthen his performance at E1. He currently manages a team of 25+ individuals with an ethic based on diligence, discipline, and consistency. Mr. Schiavone emphasizes his motto, "A blue collar work ethic in a white collar environment!" As of today, Mr. Schiavone has contributed to the bulk of E1’s net capital and plans to apply his experience to even bigger roles in the near future.

RICHARD ADAMS
Vice President / Managing Director
Mr. Adams has over 12 years of investment experience. After spending 4 years at T.D. Ameritrade, the country’s premier brokerage firm, Mr. Adams moved on to E1 Asset Management, Inc. Two years into his journey at E1, Mr. Adams was promoted to Managing Director, a role he has performed for the past 5 years. With 10 representatives under his leadership, Mr. Adams serves as an educator, mentor, and motivational speaker. He recently received a promotion, acquiring the title of Vice President. Mr. Adams holds a degree in Business Administration and holds the Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.

JAE KIM
Vice President
Mr. Kim joined E1 Asset Management Inc. in 2002. With a diverse entrepreneurial background and outstanding business mind, Mr. Kim leads a team consisting of 35 individuals. He holds the Series 7, 63, 24 and 4 licenses, and specializes in short-term and long-term investments, applying technical/fundamental analysis to his work. Mr. Kim’s involvement in the securities industry for 10+ years reflects his passion for the business. Applying his strong work ethic and leadership skills, Mr. Kim opened his own branch within 3 years of his stay at E1. Shortly thereafter, he attained the title of Vice President. Mr. Kim manages portfolios of both institutional and individual clients worldwide.

SUNNY RAJAN
Vice President / Managing Director
Mr. Rajan has been with E1 Asset Management Inc. since 2001. Originally from India and raised in New Jersey, he has 7 years of experience in the securities industry. His discipline comes primarily from his impeccable military background, where he implemented strategies such as fundamental/technical analysis. As a highly devoted member of the brokerage industry, Mr. Rajan holds the Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses, and has recently attained the title of Vice President. At E1, Mr. Rajan manages a highly motivated and successful team of over 25+ individuals, who like himself, are committed to excellence and growth.

CHRIS TOMOLONIS
Vice President
A native of New York City, Mr. Tomolonis joined E1 Asset Management Inc. in 2003. He holds the Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses, and manages a team of 20 individuals. Recently, he attained the title of Vice President, and continues to work with his domestic and foreign clients, primarily from Europe. Mr. Tomolonis holds a BA in International Business from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. He concentrates in assessing his clients’ risk parameters and developing portfolios suitable to their best interests. With his extensive background in the brokerage industry and devotion to the firm, Mr. Tomolonis has, and plans to contribute to the growth of the firm and client portfolios.

OSKAR AGARONOV
Associate Vice President
Originally from Azerbaijan, of the former USSR, Mr. Agaronov arrived to the United States in 1993. He attended Pace University, located in the Financial District of New York. Mr. Agaronov joined E1 Asset Management, Inc. in 2005 as a portfolio manager and has since then established his own division, consisting of six people. With his diverse background, Mr. Agaronov easily caters to both international and domestic clients. He plans to expand his division and continue to look after the best interests of his clients.

ARZU ERGISI
Associate Vice President
Ms. Ergisi joined E1 Asset Management Inc. in early 2004. Coming from a broker services background, Ms. Ergisi oversees all daily trading activity and monies due. Ms. Ergisi is head of E1’s trading department and maintains the title of Associate Vice President. The trading department prides itself on its commitment to maintain agency-only trading, always working to achieve precise executions in compliance with FINRA rules and regulations. Ms. Ergisi holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College.

SHAUN GRIMALDI
Associate Vice President/Managing Director
Mr. Grimaldi joined E1 Asset Management Inc. in 2003. His fascination with the financial industry and unmatched commitment to the firm and his clients, earned him his titles as Associate Vice President and Managing Director. Mr. Grimaldi strives for the growth of his clients’ portfolios, and oversees the training and development of 20+ brokers.
Mr. Grimaldi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. He also studied international business in the United Kingdom and Shanghai, China. His travel experiences have enhanced his understanding of the effects of globalization in local and foreign economies.
Mr. Grimaldi specializes in fundamental analysis to locate countries and sectors that should outperform the market and technical analysis to identify thriving companies within those regions. His global approach to investing has attracted individual and institutional clients both domestically and abroad.

GREGORY GONG
Associate Vice President
Director of Information Technology
Mr. Gong joined E1 Asset Management Inc. in 2005 as the Director of the Information Technology department. Mr. Gong maintains and supports all of E1's current technology and implements newer technology and solutions to advance the company and its resources. He holds a BS in Computer Science, from Pace University.

DANIELLE GONZALES
Associate Vice President
Director of Accounting
Ms. Gonzales joined E1 Asset Management, Inc. in mid-2007 while
completing her undergraduate degree. Upon graduation, Ms. Gonzales was
hired full time at E1 as the Assistant Director of Accounting. In 2009
Ms. Gonzales was promoted to Director of Accounting. She holds a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Jersey City University, where
she graduated with honors and is continuing her educational endeavors at
NYU.

BRIAN HARTE
Associate Vice President
Mr. Harte has been with E1 Asset Management Inc. since 2004. He is currently responsible for the growth and supervision of his team, as well as being one of the firm’s registered options principals. He specializes in fundamental analysis and maintaining/creating portfolio accounts for clients to meet their investment needs. He also mentors a team of interns, familiarizing them with the fast-paced and competitive securities industry.
Mr. Harte has been seen on FOX Business News, sharing his insights on investment strategies and overall economic conditions. He is currently the president of the "Toast of the Town" Toastmasters organization. As an Eagle Scout he volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America in NYC. He is also a current member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
